   Retain data for operating the International Mathematics Journal Contest and issue award results; promote the contest

   ㆍ Manipulative math category : Student name, school, grade, teacher name,
   branch office, education center name, address,
   phone number (cell phone number), e-mail address, etc.
   ㆍ Subject math category : Student name, school, grade level,
   teacher’s name / parents’ name, address,
   phone number (cell phone number), e-mail address, etc.
   ㆍ Overseas category : Country name, student name, grade, e-mail address,
   phone number (cell phone number)
   ㆍ Group category (school) : Instructor name, group name, address, phone number (mobile phone number), e-mail address

3. 3. Personal information retention and use period
   Destroy at the end of competition operation (however, winners’ personal information such as name, date of birth, affiliation, grade, and e-mail at the time of award is continuously retained to issue award results)

4. 4. You may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information, but if you do not agree, participation in the competition may be restricted.
